We love our teachers and staff! This list is compiled for the people who like to reward our teachers with a gift at various times throughout the year. This is just a simple way to give you an idea of what they like or prefer to use for their classroom or personal use. Gifts are not expected, but the PTO provides this as a courtesy to parents.

Please find the message below from the PTO regarding the upcoming Pancake Breakfast:
"One of our biggest yearly fundraisers, this event gathers over 500 people and includes raffles, pictures with Santa, and local vendors. This is our biggest family event and we need your help!
We need all the volunteers we can get to help with the breakfast; prepping food, flipping pancakes, dishing up breakfast, and cleaning up the kitchen. We also need a few volunteers to help with the raffles at the end of the event.
Please consider signing up for a 2-hour slot to make this event successful!!
Breakfast will be served from 8:00 am-12:00 pm.

The Peotone PTO will be holding its Annual Pancake Breakfast & Craft Fair (hosted by Skills USA) at Peotone High School on Saturday, December 9, 2023. The event will take place from 8:00AM-Noon. $5 per person; children 3 and under are free.

We have been notified that crack-filling roadwork on Wilson Street and First Street will be taking place tomorrow, Tuesday, October 24th. We expect this work to occur around mid-morning/mid-day but do not anticipate the work to take long. We do not expect any road closures; however, please be mindful during pick-up and drop-off times.
Today is National Custodial Worker’s Recognition Day! Everyone at the Connor Shaw Center would like to take the opportunity to thank Mr. Jeffers for his hard work and dedication to our staff and the building! We appreciate all you do, Mr. Jeffers!
Picture Day for Preschool Students will be Thursday, October 12th. You should be receiving ordering information from Image Group in your email. If you have not received any communication by the beginning of next week, please contact your teacher or the school office.
Peotone School District is partnering with the Orland Park Dental Program to provide dental services to our students. If you would like your student to participate in the program this year, please use the link provided. Participating in this program will take care of the dental requirement for Kindergarten, 2nd, 6th and 9th grade students.

Due to the excessive heat and humidity this week, the dismissal times for all Peotone Schools have been changed from a Common Plan release to a SIP Day dismissal. SIP Day dismissals will be in place this Wednesday (8/23), Thursday (8/24), and Friday (8/25).
Due to an AT&T outage, all Peotone Schools are without internet and are unable to receive phone calls at this time (8/18). AT&T is aware of the issue and is looking to have it fixed as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
