Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
District 207-U is committed to open, transparent and efficient two-way communications through many means, including the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The FOIA gives community members access to all public records and information , as defined by the FOIA act.

The completed FOIA request form can be mailed to Mr. George Obradovich at our District Office located at 605 West North Street in Peotone. You may also fax it to Mr. George Obradovich attention at 708-258-0996.
District 207-U will respond to all FOIA requests within the time required by law. Please remember that as part of the law, the first 50 copies are free and each subsequent copy will cost $.15.
